Therapy for real life — when things feel heavy, confusing, or harder than they should.

You do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out for therapy. Maybe you are overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in a season of change, running on empty, or trying to hold everything together for everyone else. Therapy can give you space to slow down, understand what is happening, and begin making changes that actually fit your life.

I provide warm, conversational therapy for adults in Pennsylvania, with in-person and telehealth options available.

Services

I provide individual therapy for clients ages 14 and up through both in-person and telehealth sessions in Pennsylvania.

Therapy may focus on processing difficult experiences, understanding patterns, building coping skills, working through relationships or boundaries, managing anxiety or depression, and making changes that feel realistic and useful in your everyday life.

Insurance / Payment

I accept select insurance plans and also offer private-pay options. Coverage and rates can vary, so I encourage you to review the fees and insurance information or reach out with questions.

Getting Started

Starting therapy does not have to be complicated.

1. Reach out through the contact form or request an appointment.
2. Complete the initial intake information.
3. Schedule your first session.

We will use that first conversation to talk about what brings you in, what you are hoping for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

This practice does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. You can also call or text **988** to connect with the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
