Superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement
If I am not in network with your insurance, I can provide a superbill that you may be able to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan.
My goal is for you to understand the cost of care upfront and not feel surprised by billing.

I believe mental health care should be accessible and affordable. If cost is a barrier, please reach out. Limited sliding-scale appointments may be available depending on current openings.
Private Pay
Private-pay therapy is available for clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose insurance is not accepted.
The self-pay rate is $130 per standard individual therapy session.
Payment is due at the time of service. Credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards are accepted.
If you have questions about fees or payment, please reach out before scheduling.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If I am out of network with your insurance plan, you may be able to submit a superbill for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your individual plan, and I recommend contacting your insurance company for details about out-of-network mental health benefits.
If you have questions about fees or payment, please reach out before scheduling.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are subject to a $50 fee.
I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and those circumstances can be addressed individually. At the same time, adequate notice allows me the opportunity to offer that appointment time to someone else who may be waiting for care.
Good Faith Estimates
If you do not have insurance, or you choose not to use your insurance for therapy, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care.
A Good Faith Estimate gives you an idea of what you can reasonably expect to pay for services before receiving them. You can request an estimate at any time, and one will also be provided when required based on when services are scheduled.
If your final bill from a provider is at least $400 more than the amount listed on your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the charge.
For more information about your rights under the No Surprises Act, you can visit the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services website.
