Therapy Services

Individual Therapy for Adults
Individual therapy offers a private, supportive space to slow down and focus on what is happening beneath the surface.
You may be trying to manage anxiety, recover from burnout, process grief, navigate a major transition, or understand why you keep feeling stuck. Therapy can help you make sense of your experiences, recognize patterns, build practical skills, and move toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
We will begin with where you are and work together to identify what you need.
Areas I Commonly Work With
I commonly support adults experiencing:
* Anxiety and overthinking
* Depression and feeling stuck
* Chronic stress
* Burnout and emotional exhaustion
* Grief and loss
* Major life transitions
* Relationship and family concerns
* Caregiver stress
* Healthcare worker burnout
* Stress experienced by helping professionals and therapists
This list is not meant to define everything therapy can address. If you are unsure whether your concerns are a good fit, you are welcome to reach out and ask.
Faith-Integrated Therapy
For clients who want it, faith can be thoughtfully incorporated into therapy.
This may include talking about how your beliefs connect to your values, relationships, decisions, grief, or the way you make sense of difficult experiences.
Faith can be a source of comfort and direction, but it can also bring up questions, conflict, doubt, guilt, or uncertainty — and there can be space for all of that in therapy.
This is completely optional and always guided by you. You do not need to be Christian or religious to work with me, and faith will never be pushed into your therapy if it is not something you want to include.

Ways to Meet
I offer therapy for clients located in Pennsylvania through:
* In-person sessions
* Telehealth sessions
Sessions are typically scheduled with frequency based on your needs, goals, availability, and clinical recommendations. We can talk together about what makes sense as we begin.
Collaborative Care
One of the benefits of my office is the opportunity for collaboration when it makes sense for you.
I share the space with Kim, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and owner of KC Psychiatry. While our practices are completely separate, having therapy and psychiatric services available in the same setting can make communication and coordination easier for clients who choose to use both.
If you are already receiving psychiatric care, are interested in exploring it, or would benefit from additional support, we can collaborate with your permission to help keep your care connected.
You are never required to work with both practices, and you are always free to choose your own providers. Referrals between Breanne Finagan Counseling Services and KC Psychiatry are made only when appropriate, and there is no financial compensation for referrals.
Each practice remains independently responsible for its own treatment, billing, documentation, privacy practices, and policies.
