Clinical Supervision
I offer clinical supervision for mental health professionals working toward independent licensure in Pennsylvania.
Supervision can include case conceptualization, clinical decision-making, documentation, ethics, boundaries, difficult cases, professional development, workplace challenges, burnout, and the parts of this work that graduate school does not always prepare you for.
My supervision style is straightforward, practical, and collaborative. I want supervision to be a place where you can ask questions, talk honestly about what is happening in your work, strengthen your clinical judgment, and become more confident in the kind of clinician you want to be.
I also remember what it was like to be early in my career and trying to pay for everything that comes with working toward licensure. I try to keep supervision accessible for newer clinicians, and I’m happy to talk about cost and see what feels workable.
Individual supervision is available.
Because supervision requirements vary by license and individual circumstances, we’ll confirm that my credentials meet the requirements for the specific licensure path before beginning.
Professional Consultation
Sometimes you just need another therapist to talk something through with.
I also offer professional consultation for independently licensed clinicians and other helping professionals who want a sounding board around difficult cases, boundaries, documentation, burnout, private practice, workplace issues, or clinical decision-making.
Consultation can be a one-time conversation or something more ongoing, depending on what you need. It’s meant to be practical, collaborative, and straightforward — a place to think something through with another clinician without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
Professional consultation is separate from formal clinical supervision and does not count toward licensure hours.
Fees
Individual Clinical Supervision: $80/hour
Professional Consultation: $50/hour
